Kristal.AI - Head of Advisory for India Designation: Head of Advisory for India Location : Bangalore Experience : 6 to 12 yrs of experience in Portfolio Management and Investment Advisory - Kristal.AI is a digital wealth management platform currently managing close to USD 100 of AUM in Singapore & Hong Kong. - We are in the process of setting up a next generation Investment advisory platform in India and are looking for a Head of Advisory for this. - This role will report into our Global head of Advisory. Key responsibilities : - Design investment strategies - Curate high performing mutual funds and ETFs - Develop innovative buy & hold strategies which can be used by client for Passive investments In the longer run : - Expand to advanced investment strategies - Actively Managed strategies (PMS), Pre-IPO stocks, etc. - Source and evaluate 3rd party products (Structured notes, PMS, AIF) - Develop structured products (like Equity linked notes) in-house - Manage customer portfolios using Kristal proprietary algorithms. Ensure tax efficiency while managing client portfolios. - Oversight on trade execution for clients - Regularly engage with clients both Digitally and In-Person - Portfolio reviews, Strategy update, Market update, Newsletter, Workshops, etc. - Build & mentor a team of Analysts to manage Investment strategies and Customer portfolios Ideal candidate is : - Someone who is a SEBI registered Investment Advisor and has managed multiple clients (beyond Friend & Family). - Strong knowledge of Indian Capital Markets and Customer investment needs. - We need someone who has a Quantitative bent of time and is comfortable using Technology driven investment advisory.
