Responsible for managing operational, legal & regulatory risks arising from the Funds product offering of Kristal.AI. These includes Mutual Funds, Alternative investments, and PE/ VC Funds. Responsibilities: - Conduct Product Due Diligence and Review of Fund Documentation according to internal and regulatory requirements. Maintain completeness & regular updating of required documents. - Co-ordinate with legal, operations, third-party fund administrators/ managers to manage the process from executing onboarding agreements through to subscriptions. - Work with Technology to improve the overall product offering/ process flow for smooth accurate delivery - Review of monthly performance reports/factsheets of onboarded funds, assess & evaluate fund performance, review calls. Monitor subscriptions and client reporting. - Act as the internal repository of product knowledge. Creating & update product notes/ marketing collateral; Reply to product queries. - Identify fund product needs and review/ filter them to suggest new funds for onboarding and other product ideas - Any other portfolio, company related task as is necessary, to enhance the overall value to potential client/partner - Participation in other special projects and strategic initiatives led by the Funds Platform team Qualifications: - 3 + years' experience in a product management & development, legal/ product support, investor services, or a similar role in financial services. - Ability to understand legal & regulatory requirements for financial products and familiarity with related documentation - Working knowledge of investments and financial concepts - Undergraduate degree in Finance or Legal required. - Advanced degree preferred
