Must be fluent in regional languages other than English and Kannada.   - Candidate must have worked in the areas of Property Laws, Succession, and Personal Laws.   - Scrutiny of Property Documents, identifying issues, Preparation of Title Flow, Preparation of Legal opinions on real estate relating to agricultural.  - Property, commercial and residential apartments.   - Drafting of sale deeds, lease deeds, power of attorney agreement and title opinions.   - Property Title Due Diligence and drafting of Title Report.   - Drafted Joint Development Agreement, Power of Attorney, Memorandum of Understanding, Assignment Agreements other related documentation.   - Appearance in the Trial Courts, Tribunals, Forums, doing the examination in chief, Cross-examination, hearing on IA's.
