KrishiYog - Manager - Central Decision Management System

We are building a 'Central Decision Management System'. This is going to be India's first tech-enabled trade desk for fresh produce. We are building systems that will help fix the farmer prices for fresh produce based quality and determined using the prices of these commodities in various markets across the country. As a manager, you will be given access to a sizeable working capital which you will deploy for daily trades across various markets.

Responsibilities:

1) Coordinate with the product and procurement team to understand the procurement capacity and the levers controlling its flow.

2) Coordinate with benchmarking team to assess the price trends in each market.

3) Set the daily prices for each grade of all commodities at each centre.

4) Determine which markets to route the material to based on the quality of incoming material.

Roles:

This a part finance, part product management and part operations role. You will have access to all the data flowing into the company will have to build systems that reduce the trade risk and increase the price we pay to farmer.
