JOB DESCRIPTION

- Assisting Manager HR for a manufacturing plant in Noida

- Supporting in maximizing process improvement

- Ensuring role definitions, recruitments, compliances, induction procedures

- Assisting in delivering training in multiple sessions to new joinees

CANDIDATE PROFILE AND QUALIFICATION:

- Broad subject knowledge

- Preferred industry: Manufacturing

- Location : Noida or 10-15kms distance away

- Excellent communication and presentation skills (telephone, written and face-to-face)

- Excellent time management. The ideal candidate will be determined, outgoing, positive and articulate.

Attitude Required - 

- Never say die attitude, bundle of positivity.

- Tech savvy and quick learner. Looking to innovate and improvise all the time.

- Aptitude to grasp information and knowledge every day, all the time.
