Wealth manager
It requires the candidate to do Business Development , market scoping, arrange meetings, prepare pitches/decks, present it to Corporates , HNI and UHNI , manage follow-ups to sell products.
- Be active in scouting leads, converting them into meetings to onboarding and finally converting them to sales.
- Ensure high level of client ownership, service orientation and satisfaction
- Educate HNI's UHNI's and corporates of new products or product enhancements to further expand the relationship.
- Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing HNI / UHNI / Corporate clients.
- Maintain complete relationship record for assigned HNI / UHNI / Corporate accounts.
- Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in banking / finance sector as a wealth RM / RM.
- Knowledge/ Experience of selling Third party revenue products like PMS /Bonds / AIF would be given weightage.
- Looking for someone who is highly structured and can create order and rigor in running the organization
- Should be a confident communicator, driven & tenacious.
- Should possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be a team player.
- Should be able to influence team members across all levels without the need for direct authority
