Investor Relations & Alliances Team is reporting to Head Investor Relations & Alliances driven from Bangalore (HQ). This vertical specializes in acquiring/sourcing/retaining/expanding and developing relationships with the Large Corporates, Financial institutions like Banks and NBFCs. This team acquires institutions to enable funding for a variety of Debt products present on the KredX platform circling around Invoice Discounting, Revenue Based Financing and Supply Chain Financing.

Job Role :

- Primary responsibility is growing lender relationship, Manage existing Banks and NBFC partnerships and act as the single point of contact for the FI's.

- It requires the candidate to do Business Development / market scoping, arrange meetings, prepare pitches/decks, present it to Banks / NBFCs, manage follow-ups to sell products.

- Ensure high level of client ownership, service orientation and satisfaction

- Responsible for ensuring stability and growth of partnerships by pitching to increase existing wallet, identifying incremental opportunities in line with the capital requirements and new initiatives at Kredx.

- Should be able to effortlessly associate closely even at senior levels in the Partner organizations in order to get an early insight into any upcoming opportunities.

- Network with various departments of the lender relationship and be the one window channel for Kredx. Coordinate with various departments within Kredx for all requirements of lender. Ensure smooth function of partnership.

- Managing monthly governance and any other reporting both regulatory and business

- Co-ordinate any tech projects we may have with lender from time to time.

Job Requirements :

- 7 to 10 years of work experience

- Banking/NBFC experience (Supply Chain Financing preferred)

- Ability to on-board, nurture, sales and maintain relationship with a group of Banks and NBFC clients

- If candidate has worked in another fintech or startup managing relationship with Banks/NBFC even better.

- Go getter attitude
