Job Responsibility: 1. Analyze contracts to ensure contract and invoicing are in compliance with appropriate guidelines, and regulations. 2. Review incoming documentation and prepare receivables for purchase within credit and risk policy. KYC verification of documents. 3. Execute notification process for each transaction as specifically outlined within the business and credit policy. 4. Manage and maintain ongoing client funding process and ensure that funding amounts, escrow balances, fees and credit limits are kept within credit policy, while maintaining accuracy. 5. Must diligently review and maintain strict adherence to pre-funding guidelines and ensure that existing policy guidelines relative to the funding process are followed. 6. Performs other duties as assigned by Operations Analyst. 7. Identified any issues that may affect discounting and determined the proper course of action. 8. Follow up with internal and external personnel regarding outstanding issues. 9. Complete monthly loan account reconciliation analysis 10. Work closely with sales and Tech departments to make sure that new credit accounts met company criteria 11. Responsible for maintaining ongoing payments to vendors and suppliers. Skills required : - First hands-on experiences (preferably in the area of finance/Invoice discounting/credit) as well as a high affinity to financial objectives - Strong eye for detail. - Strong with corporate financials. - Strong With Microsoft Office specially Excel. - SQL (Preferred not mandatory). - Structured and goal-oriented approach to work and readiness to accept
