Role - Strategy Manager

As a Strategy manager, incumbent need to work on various open problem statement that KredX is solving in the space of unsecured business lending

Responsibilities -

- Drive strategic, cross-functional projects under the leadership of CEO

- Convert the strategic objectives into OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) that help define the how-to for achieving the goals

- Collaborate with Functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change.

- Support the CEO in developing presentations for important meetings with the board, investors, strategic partners, etc

- Formulating and implementing strategies while closely working with the CEO and intervene, suggest, support wherever required.

- Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the CEO.

Requirements -

- 2-4 years of experience post-MBA from IIMs / ISB

- Consulting experience in top tier firms such as Mckinsey, BCG, Bain is a strong plus

- Prior startup experience in cross-functional roles such as strategy, CEOs office is a strong plus

- Looking for someone who is highly structured and can create order and rigor in running the organization

- Should be a confident communicator, driven & tenacious

- Should be able to influence team members across all levels without the need for direct authority
