We are looking for professionals confident in the below responsibilities:

- Work with CEO and create a strategic road-map for improving customer acquisition, retention, and monetization for the products

- Act as an entrepreneur with minimal supervision and high autonomy, move fast and operate with high ownership

- Work with CEO office and various departments to carry out the implementation of strategic initiatives, define key success metrics, track the progress of the same and focus on continuous improvement

- Eye for detail and numbers; communicate the insights / actionable to the management and respective department

- Act as a thought partner to management, challenge the status quo and follow up on respective action items from the CEO office

- Mentor and guide team members and ensure effective utilization of resources

- Engage with external agencies/vendors, evaluate the same and on-board partners which can add value to the business

Skills and Qualifications Preferred

Academically Engineer (CSE/IT) + tier-1 b-school preferred

Hunger for learning and experiments

Strong ability to deal with chaos and make order out of it

Maturity to understand complex business situations and manage the people
