The Position: We're looking for a professional from the stock broking industry with a business mindset to effectively lead the Research division for achieving the next level growth by providing strategic direction to the division's 5 year business plan. This position would essentially report into the Management and would be responsible for driving the P&amp;L of the Research division. Ensure adherence to professional standards and ethics of prospect research. - Develop short and long term business strategies (Investment ideas, stock recommendation etc.) and plan for the achievement of overall business objectives - Design &amp; develop product offerings from the Research department suitable for each segment of the company's clientele. - Generate timely and accurate investment recommendations/ stocks/ sector/ ideas that can give the readers/ customers multi-fold returns on their investments with timely exits (across all Investor Products/ services). - Guide the team for equity research and valuation of companies. Generate new ideas and meet the management of companies and give presentations to institutional investors. - Manage the institutional relationships through quality research. - Efficiently troubleshoot issues and/or problems in a timely manner; seek guidance if needed - Utilize the Client Resource Management system to organize and effectively manage client relationships - Implement review systems for the business including Monthly review meetings - Manage the team building activity as per the business requirement.
