We need MBA Finance - Full time for this position. - Proactively manage overdue and outstanding amounts of the distributor. In certain cases outstanding amounts of distributors are going in crores in just 30-45 days billing. Hence, managing efficient payment cycles and close follow up is necessary. - Maintain close follow up with respective teams. Collaborate and facilitate smooth 3 way communication between Company, Retailer &amp; Distributor, - Manage overall performance of invoice Processing &amp; payments process by providing strategic &amp; operational leadership, ensuring service delivery, maximum client satisfaction and team management - Manage functions like maintaining the general ledger, Review, analysis and finalization of accounts, dealing with statutory and internal auditors, accounts payable, accounts receivable - Ensures that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness. - Ensures that the accounts payable and the company's financial obligations are met efficiently and timely. - Keep track of the company's financial expenditures, maintain a database and provide reports as and when requested by supervisors. - Will be in charge of data entry, validation, and processing of various types of Accounting vouchers - Keeps track of the status of all transactions taking place within the Company, Retailer &amp; Distributors. - Standardize procedures to generate efficiency in-house and create internal templates to be used by the company.
