Job profile:
ADMIN policies and responsibility of implementation.
- Checking all the compliances of manpower contractor for Labor license/ESIC/PF/LWF etc as well as getting the registration done under shop & Establishment act and contractor act.
- Responsible for renewal of Fire NOC, Shop and establishment Act, NOC from pollution control board.
- Liasioning with the Govt. bodies fire safety, Electricity, UPSIIDC, NOCs for fire/DG set/ Transformer.
- Taking care of transportation and company vehicle maintenance.
- Finalizing the security agencies for warehouses/offices and ensuring the timely completion of compliances for security agencies and vigilance management.
- Vendor Management & Negotiation
- Supervised work performance of the technicians to ensure highest quality workmanship.
- ETP, RO, HPRO and SPRO Management and Operations
- Textile/ Tannery Management and machine Maintenance
- Canteen Management
