We are recruiting for a Team Leader in Global Clients and Markets team at KGS. In this team, your key roles and responsibilities will include supporting the senior leadership of KPMG's Global Healthcare and Lifesciences (HCLS) Sectors and Accounts within these sectors with sales enablement activities and insights. Your key KPIs will include, among others, the depth of the insights you deliver and the quality of conversations you drive with your users and the way you constantly upskill your team to add stronger value. In addition, you will be required to: - Support global sector leadership drive 5-8 small communities of sector and account representatives, each focused on a specific client theme or issue area. - Be a part of multi-capability cluster (team) of 8-10 people and will be responsible for the quality of output and engagement with stakeholders within HCLS sectors. - Manage a key deliverable will include key sales insights customized for each of these themes. These deliverables will be prepared by you and your team, in consultation with the Cluster Lead, by gathering and analyzing data and information from multiple internal sources (revenue plans, revenue accrued, sales pipeline, etc.), external sources (free Internet, proprietary content libraries) and your innate knowledge of the sector and domain. - Showcase a greater degree of flexibility, steer well through complexity/ambiguity and cater to everchanging requirements from the Leadership. - Provide training and coaching to the junior team members on different projects and activities and review the work performed by them. - Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members through regular meetings and calls with onshore stakeholders. Job Requirements Mandatory Skills - Total Experience: The candidate must have 4- 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / third-party KPO / specialized research houses, or research divisions of investment banks; with and MBA qualification from a Tier I/II college - Skillset: - Proficient in business research, especially adhoc/bespoke projects that require scoping - Excellent business communication (structuring, writing, speaking and articulation) - Strong presentation and analytical skills - Strong project management and independent in managing multiple projects/priorities - Excellent interpersonal skills - Knowledge and understanding of Healthcare and Lifesciences sectors Preferred Skills - Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality, and ethical standards and values - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Team player - Self-driven We are recruiting for a Team Leader in Global Clients and Markets team at KGS.
