Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore
Education / professional qualifications Prior Experience:
ACCA/CA.
The candidate must have1 to 3 years of statutory audit experience.
Required skills:-
- Sound knowledge of KPMG audit methodology
- Experience of delivering training sessions;
- Ability to assimilate to new knowledge
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability to operate in dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines
- Advanced understanding of IT systems, knowledge of MS office ( MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc);
- Willingness to travel within India.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Extensive delivery of technical training sessions;
- Develop/customize available training programmes as per the needs of the business and obtain a strong understanding of what these are;
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of learning and development programs to promote a culture of continuous development;
- Manage training related work which includes preparation and finalization of nominations, holding calls with the facilitators to ensure that the trainers are well versed with the content and resolve query wherever required, maintenance of pre/post course status tracker etc;
- Supports the functioning of the Learning Management System to ensure appropriate tracking of completion scores and learner records;
- Maintain and update training curriculum and course material as and when required;
- Ensure timely preparation and review of quarterly MIS;
- Assist in planning of the training calendar and managing related logistics;
- Ensure timely allocation of e learnings and tracking their completion;
- Coordinate with other location to ensure smooth planning and delivery of training session;
- Ensure timely completion of monthly work which includes reporting of training data, recording and providing credit of training hours, pre/post course tracker etc and share regular feedbacks with junior team members and
- Review new courses and tailor them in accordance with KGS requirement
