Roles and responsibilities :

- Responsible for demand fulfilment and scheduling for designated area/cluster.

- Track New Client submissions and suggest resource availability to support with client acceptance decisions

- Validate demands to include level and time phasing and have a complete understanding of skills/requirement details

- Tracking resource availability by skills, level, and area of expertise for the designated area resources

- Identification of resources by mapping relevant resources to the project requirements based on capacity, skills, experience, and level being requested by Engagement Teams.

- Collaborate with other resource management team members to support cross utilization of resources and assist with fulfilment of resource gaps.

- Responsible for Load Balance exercise and ensuring that resources and not overbooked / under booked.

- Ensure optimal utilization of resources across BU's/ designated Vertical.

- Guide and ensure that the RM staff/ associates update schedule changes for new or existing engagements/resources.

- Ensure that any resource gaps are filled with New Hires and schedules of exit resources are reassigned.

- Ensure that the RM tools and databases are updated with relevant and most up to date details.

- Assist with identifying and supporting scheduling conflicts by suggesting alternate available resources.
