KPMG- Project Manager

KEY FOCUS AREA :

- Should be capable of discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, internal business teams and technical teams

- Should have experience in planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance

- Should be able to assemble and lead the project team including the technical, functional and contractual perspective

- Should be able to contribute to the technical architecture and design of the overall engagement

- Participating in and supervising each stage of the project for timely delivery with high quality

- Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible

- Determining and overseeing consistent design, development, testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion

- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests

- Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information

- Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance

- Should have experience in architecting and conceptualizing the overall project architecture and solution

- Should have working experience on working with government projects

QUALIFICATION :

- Overall 10+ years of relevant experience in project management, software deliveries and team management

- Bachelor's/Post Graduate degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design, with deep understanding of end-to-end application design/development/implement

- 6+ years of software development and 4+ years of experience in building and leading strong engineering team

- In-depth understanding of coding languages, various OLTP, OLAP and NO-SQL databases.

- Should have hands on experience in implementing Data pipeline and Portal system

- Should be exposure of working with Open-source technologies like Spark, Airflow, Griffin, CI/CD pipeline, Data Visualization tool, Portal dev tools (Angular/React)

- Strong project management experience with PM certificate, PMP/Prince2 is preferred

- Experience in leading the implementation of atleast 2 technology implementation projects

- Experience in implementation of atleast 1 technology implementation project with state/centre government

- Should have been part of atleast one greenfield technology implementation project
