KPMG - Manager/Senior Consultant - Marketing - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (7-8 yrs)

1. Designing consumer & brand strategies (media buying and campaign management), identifying issues and opportunities, and providing recommendations for growth around new segments, new categories and new sales channels.

2. Creating consumer insights from primary and secondary data sources, analyzing consumer spend & brand equity studies through a deep understanding of consumer behavior and financial drivers.

3. Experience of brand campaign research, digital marketing, working around consumer & marketing analytics will be an added advantage (preferably with a Consumer or marketing analytics company or an established startup / consulting firm)

4. An understanding of marketing trends in the consumer space, alongside brand portfolio maximization is imperative. A strong understanding of both Qualitative and Quantitative research methodologies is a must have.

5. The individual must have professional experience of interacting with senior stakeholders (internal & client) and should be able to develop and translate a consulting viewpoint.

6. Sector expertise in Consumer & Retail, Auto & Industrial Manf is preferred.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS :

- MBA from pemier institute (preferably with specialization in marketing & branding) from a Top Tier Institute (IIM, ISB, XLRI, SP Jain, MICA)

- Graduation, with specialization in Sales & Marketing / Mass Media

MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS :

- Strong business acumen, problem-solving, analytical and creative thinking abilities.

- Strong stakeholder relationship management and networking skills. The individual should be able to influence and manage expectations of senior executives and others

- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), good presentation and excellent negotiation skills.

- Adaptable, approachable, flexible, open-minded with a clear understanding of the business; The incumbent must bring the ability and orientation to contribute beyond his scope of work

- High degree of integrity, moral and ethical standards

- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
