The Customer and Operations Consulting team is looking to hire a Manager or Associate Director with experience in Chemicals. Experience in consulting industry with focus on chemicals (Specialty and Agrichemical) will be preferred. The individual will require to: - Deliver program / projects as per defined timelines - Develop and roll-out client centric/ industry centric solutions - Develop thought leadership content in chemicals industry - Mine existing clients for additional business opportunities - Deepen key account relationships in the Chemicals sector - Ensure engagement levels within the team - Drive aggressive sales efforts, together with the Partner, to increase KPMG's presence in chemical consulting domain - If the individual is not from consulting, if he/she has been a facilitator for a consulting project delivered in the company on the technical skills areas mentioned below will be an added advantage. &nbsp;TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED : The individual should have had work experience in chemicals in 2-3 of the following areas: - Market assessments - Growth strategy/ Entry strategy - Go-to market strategy - Operations or cost optimization &nbsp;EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED: - MBA from a top-tier business school - 6-10 years of experience with excellent understanding of corporate planning, strategy development and deployment - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Being Assertive - Excellent quantitative and analytical skills - Strong project planning and leadership
