KPMG India : Financial Due Diligence : Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore (0-2 yrs)

We are looking for:

- CA's who are freshers or with maximum 2 years of work experience.

- Professionals who would be part of our engagement teams providing a range of pre and post deal advisory services to our clients, to help them evaluate and execute their proposed transactions.

- Obtaining an understanding of the proposed transaction

- Collection, interpretation, collation and presentation of historical financial data of the proposed investee company in a form that can be further analyzed in detail

- Analyzing such historical and forecast data and participating in discussions with management of such investee companies, to:

Identify deal breakers, if any:

- Consider adjustments to deal valuations,

- Analyze trends in the business

- Identify key considerations to be factored in the transaction documents

- Draw up post-deal integration plans

- Preparation and presentation of findings and the final reports /deliverables to our client

- Apart from the above project related activities, you would also get the opportunity to

- Prepare proposals / pitch documents to win new engagements / clients

- Analyze business models of companies operating across various sectors

- Work on benchmarking of sector specific key performance indicators and other sector specific research

- Undergo periodic technical trainings to understand how to improve financial, analytical and business understanding skills

- Interact extensively with top management teams of investors and investee companies involved in a transaction

- Work with a dynamic team of professionals with extensive experience
