Consultant - Skill Development

KPMG team is looking for Passionate and dedicated person with minimum 5 years of experience in Government Projects into Skill development / eLearning & Development / Training (Fluent with Local language- Kannada)

- At least 5 years of work experience, desirable to have up to 10 years of work experience.

- Must have experience of working with Central Government / State Government / Public Sector Undertaking / Universities / Skill Development Institutes.

- Must have undertaken at least 1 assignment for project management / program management for learning & development / training programs / skill development programs.

- Should have understanding of training / skilling / learning & development industry and service providers.

- Should have experience in coordination with academic institutions and training providers.

- Keywords that may be used for searching ; NSDC, NVCET, NSDF, NSTI, NIESBUD, PMKVY, PMKK, JSS, DDU-GKY, UKIERI, NSQF, SKP, EETP, NEEM, Sector Skills Council (SSC)

- Desirable to have good experience as a program manager / program coordinator for training / skill development programs

- Desirable to have understanding of IT/electronics/digital/startups sector, especially for Karnataka

Educational Experience :

- Desirable to have an MBA/PGDM/PGP or relevant master's degree from a good college / university

- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Desirable that candidate is fluent in speaking Kannada, ability to read Kannada is also a plus
