KPMG - Consultant - Data Analyst (5-10 yrs)

Position: Data Analyst

Location: New Delhi

- Technical Experience :5+ years of experience working SQL knowledge with relational databases, query authoring (SQL), query optimization as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.

Solid understanding of different health sources and country specific variations

- Ability to create wireframes, mock-ups and POC from user defined concepts/requirements

- Understanding of latest BI patterns and approaches, business analysis skillset, Data Analysis, understanding of KPIs and associated business rules

- Ability to work independently or as a team member as needed

- Play the role as a Data Analyst and Data Architect (Client facing as well)

- Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources

- Experience building and optimizing 'big data' data pipelines, architectures, and data sets

- Continuous monitoring of outlier hospitals as identified through dashboards and triggers

- Conduct case level analysis based on the request received from Medical Auditor/ Vigilance Officer / Field Investigator

- Develop triggers based on inputs received from internal team and send it for automation.

- Modify and customize triggers based on observed trends.

- Support field Audit team in taking out the cases and data as required.

- Develop a dashboard for day-to-day activity tracker and update them on daily basis

2. Position: Technology Management- Beneficiaries -1

- 5 years' experience in technology-based beneficiary data management

- Preparation of Functional Requirement Document (FRS) and process flow

- Preparation of Change Request (CR) document.

- Requirement gathering from the respective scheme clients

- Day to day Technical coordination with the development team for the changes/configuration as per requirement.

- To coordinate with all the respective scheme project managers for implementation in BIS and TMS system.

- Regular follow up all the stakeholders and technical teams for smooth implementation/ rollout of the scheme.

- To conduct UAT of the developed IT system and share the observation report with the concerned development team

3. Position: Dashboarding and Data Analytics -1.

- 5 years' experience in M&E in healthcare.

- Understanding scheme specific requirements from the client, scheme manager and other internal as well as external stakeholders

- Defining KPIs considering the varying scheme constructs

- Exploring the data available for the scheme, i.e., its quality, shape, and size to determine the feasibility of calculating KPIs and dashboard creation

- Wireframing the various dashboards to intuitively visualize the determined KPIs.

- Prototyping the approved wireframes for client approval.

- Finalize the dashboards and upload the same to production environment.

- Monitor and maintain the dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate data updating.

Note:

- At minimum 10 dashboards are required to be created per scheme, along with which additional dashboards specific to a schemes construct are also required to be created. For instance, PFMS dashboard in CGHS scheme, 8 erroneous data dashboards in CAPF scheme etc.

- Each dashboard once created requires daily maintenance and monitoring due to reliability issues in the underlying data warehouse.

- Regular change requests for each dashboard are required to be processed frequently. They are to incorporate

- Changes requested by internal and external stakeholders

- Changes required due to a change in scheme construct or workflow (single ISA to multi-ISA, removal of CGH CMO

- Changes to data model due to backend IT changes.

- In-case any discrepancy in a dashboard is observed, the issue is first identified and then diagnosed along with the concerned team. Over the past year, due to both unreliability in the underlying data warehouse and IT system this activity, which should be seldom, is therefore required to be taken up frequently

4. Position: Technology Management-Claim system-01

COORDINATION WITH SANCTIONING AUTHORITIES, PFMS

- Installation, configuration, resolution of DSC Signer software on official and personal systems of Sanctioning authorities, required for Digital Signing the sanctions.

- Sanction approval and signing related IT issues resolution

- Hospital wise bunching of sanction related IT issues resolution

- Returned Sanction related IT issues resolution

- Coordination with HEM INSIGHTS DASHBOARD, CGHS & ACA TEAM on various aspects such as Coordination with data analyst for developing logic behind showing stats on insights dashboard related to SA/DDO/PAO.

HOSPITAL GRIEVANCE HANDLING & RESOLUTION

- Grievance handling for wrongfully paid amount to incorrect account number.

- Payment related issues resolution

- Resolution of issues related to settling the cases against UTR in TMS. UTR mismatching or not found in TMS

- Hospital bank account level data mismatch issue. Sync data from HEM into TMS

- Guiding hospitals how to raise financial enhancement in HEM

- Informing hospitals about the TMS workflow and status of their claims

- Handling grievance of extra deduction made by DDO/PAO/SA for hospitals claims

- Handling NABH/NON NABH tagging to the hospital account
