KPMG - Associate - M&A - CA

We are looking for candidates experienced in M&A (transactional tax/ corporate tax) for Pune.

- Candidate should be a Chartered accountant with 1 to 4 years of experience in direct tax consulting, Big4 experience preferred.

- An ability to think clearly and analytically

- Adhering to clients- corporate income tax compliance requirement as per statute (assessments, filing of returns, etc.)

- Engaging in corporate tax & M&A Tax & restructuring mandates for clients

- Experience in corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions tax (domestic and international tax)

- Prior experience in tax due diligence would be an added advantage

- Prior basic knowledge of other laws like FEMA and SEBI would be preferred

- Strong people and client management skills

- Possess excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels across the organization
