The industry focus is broadly Industrial Manufacturing & Automotive, Consumer & retail - ecommerce, Technology - Media - Telecom, Financial Services Project Management: - Manage total HR and business transformation client solutions with comprehensive project management skills and manage/oversee the work project work-streams on the specific client, business development and internal projects. manage setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creation and coordination of client-ready deliverables with KPMG's engagement teams, and direct communication of results with clients Solution Focus: - Apply Talent Management, Organization Design, Change Management and Transformation, and behavioral competencies, with an emphasis on understanding the client organization.
