We are looking for candidates having experiencing in Government Advisory. Someone who has worked on major government projects like smart city, swatch bharat, digital India, make in India, skill India... Job Location - Jharkhand ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with client facing teams under the guidance of Partner / Director from KPMG; will be responsible for working in a technical and analytical capacity to deliver large scale government reforms programs for various state and central government clients. Lead certain practice development initiatives such as, though leadership, preparation of proposals, solution preparation and commercial bids. Participate in preparation of points of view / intellectual property for the IGH practice across different government domains/departments and Ministries, as well as infrastructure and healthcare - Currently the location is Bhopal, but candidate should be ready to work from client locations across India - High degree of curiosity and an ability to go-beyond the current/immediate need of client - Ownership of every deliverable which goes out from the project team - Effectively engage client counterpart in discussions related to the tasks / project delivery and provide new perspectives / insights - To firmly adhere to the firm's standards on ethics and values - Focus on productive work i.e. getting it done - Escalate solutions and not problems THE INDIVIDUAL: - Aptitude and Technical skills to solve the problems of clients - Ability to add value in complex analysis - Ability to solve the problems to meet the needs of the clients by using a combination of intuition and analysis - The ability to grasp and understand the key issues in a case - Excellent communication skills - Well-groomed, polished, well versed in business etiquette to cast a good impression in public events, and interactions with senior government officials and clients - Business writing and presentation skills both oral and written that help to promote clarity and also present persuasive options - Team worker with an ability to Multi-task and collaborate with teams within and outside of KPMG - Individual should be well engrained in virtues of ethical behavior, sincerity, hard-working - Ability to build and deliver new business QUALIFICATION: - MBA or PGDBM (full time from a recognized university) - MUST - 10-15 years or above in post qualification experience - Prior experience of working in consulting firms would be mandatory - Government consulting experience is desirable
