KPMG - Associate/Associate Vice President - Infrastructure Corporate Finance (3-8 yrs)
Some of the key work areas / requirements expectations from the candidate would include :
- Keep track of sector- and industry-developments and upcoming opportunities in infrastructure sector
- Strong understanding of PPP models and Concessions in infrastructure Sector in India
- Experience in preparation of response to RFPs , Proposals for providing Transaction advisory services
- Work on day to day execution of transactions and preparation of high-quality deliverables including financial model, presentations etc.
- To support the engagement director / partner in delivering engagements in the specific sector
- To take onus of identified modules, tasks in the engagement and take responsibility to close them out with minimum supervision
- To work effectively during ensure high quality pitches are delivered within an effective turnaround time
- Full compliance to firm's policies on risk management and independence
Technical Skills Required: MBA with specialization in Finance from a reputed institute and/or a CA
Experience / skills required:
- The candidate must have strong understanding of Finance fundamentals and have experience of developing detailed financial models from scratch in a time bound manner
- Knowledge and experience in infrastructure sector
- Should have worked on PPP Transaction advisory / Bid Advisory engagements
- Strong understanding of PPP in infrastructure Sector in India
- Have strong interpersonal skills, team skills, communication skills - both verbal and written
- The candidate should have high level of comfort with MS excel spreadsheets, Word and Power point
