Roles and responsibilities  We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager in the team. Working as a senior member of the team your responsibilities will include:  Roles and responsibilities:  - Leading the delivery of TMT Strategy projects / work streamswhile working with the global Strategy member firms, predominantly US  - For medium to large engagements, being actively involved in structuring the output and its delivery  - Being responsible for design and quality of deliverables  - Directing, managing and mentoring junior team members on engagements  - Supporting KPMG US Strategy team on leading business development initiatives, including bid proposal and management  - Actively building and managing the relationship and interface with international KPMG Strategy TMT professionals, predominantly in the US Strategy member firm  - Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice development  - Recruiting, managingand contributing to the development of junior staff  Essential skills required :   Education / professional qualifications :   MBAs, CFAs and Engineers from a leading Indian/International educational institution  Prior Experience :  Relevant experience : (5-7 years) gained in either corporate roles,strategy consulting, or similar analytical/ deal experience in the TMT sector.  Project and Team management exposure  - Prior experience in project scoping, effort estimate, project work planning, team handling,   staffing,providing feedback, etc.  - Credible record of operating as an independent contributor and also working as part of a team during larger projects  - Strong problem solving skills; ability to drive through to an outcome in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity  - Goal driven - should be focused on helpingclients meettheir requirements  - by developing answers and solutions when client requirement remains unclear / changes, and by providing relevant insights and key questions to fit the client objective  - Credible record of operating at a teammanagement level  - Strong numerical,analytical and strategic thinking skills - able to demonstrate how one supports the other - and sound commercial acumen  - Experience of leading small teams on projects/workstreams and developing proposals  Behavioural / team skills  - Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demand in situations  - Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Team player; self-driven and ability to work independently
