Job Title: Assistant Manager Recruitment


Location: Mumbai


Responsible for HR activities related to managing end to end recruitment cycle that includes gathering the hiring numbers, recruitment plan, sourcing, assessment interviews for the hiring for new or replacement of resources.


Role & Responsibilities :


- Works closely with the business for hiring plans ensuring accuracy in the gathering of numbers.


-Helping in preparation of the recruitment plan making sure the timeline are clearly defined as per the needs of the business.


- Number of candidates sourced through the defined portals in accordance to the needs of the business and the values of the firm.


- Conducting and liaising interviews for the assessment of the sourced candidates to check fitment with the needs and requirements of the business.


- Ensuring compliance collection of past employment documents for the preparation of positioning note and checking the fitment.


- Ensuring accuracy in the roll out of offer post approval from the partner.


- Tracking the efficiency of the recruitment process by constant interaction with recruitment vendors and initiating cost effective/ innovative methods of recruitment


- Ensuring relevant monthly reports are presented to the Practice/ Business leadership group


- Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly recruitment and joining trackers


- Meet required statutory compliances on an ongoing basis


- Ensures 100% accuracy during the requirement gathering phase.


- Ensure minimal errors while preparing the recruitment plan ensuring and adhering to the timelines defined.


- Ensuring 100% accuracy in documentation while sourcing candidates through vendors for payment processing.


- Ensure 100% adherence to the statutory compliances.


- Ensure effective use of the Recruitment system


THE INDIVIDUAL :


- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools


- Strong executive presence, excellent communication and relationship development skills


- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment


- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time


- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously


- Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills


- Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability


- Any Graduate, preferably BBA or Post-graduate (MBA) from a reputed institute with specialization in HR


- 6+ years of experience in Talent acquisition NON IT ( Mandatory to have experience in consulting Hiring )
