HR COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Assist in developing compensation package based on business goals and strategy - Be an integral member of the pay review cycle for the organization & liaison with all BU heads - Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications - Conduct salary surveys to define benchmarks, define internal pay bands - Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys - Structuring compensation and benefits packages, and measure their success - Review payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions - Making checks to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates in line with various compliances - Ensure that compensation practices are following current laws and regulations - Providing advice and support to numerous departments in the organization regarding HR policies, processes, and best practice HR ANALYTICS & STRUCTURES - Financial management and annual budgeting - HR & Administration - Making informed decisions based on data and statistics - Identifying and working with the HR team to resolve various HR data & analysis related issues - Analyzing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions - Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports - Creating and delivering specialized presentations & analysis on HR related topics across the business - Assisting the HR team in the moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practice within the company - Analyzing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions Looking for candidates with full-time degree in HR from the following institutes only 1.
