- Adopt and implement Group risk management framework and leading the risk team of the organisation

- Act as a key member of Management for the company that has the authority along with other Management team to formulate and decide business strategies and the operational process for the company

- Have the ability to translate the risk data into meaningful insights for senior management.

- To achieve this, the role holder must be able to analyse data of variable quality from multiple sources, understand the limitations of the data sets and models, identify the key fact that are important to senior management in driving the business forward in a profitable and sustainable manner.

- Report to Risk Management Committee of board on status of organization's risk appetite and tolerance
