Kotak Mahindra Bank - Product Manager - Investments - Priority Channel (5-10 yrs)

- The resource would be an integral part of the investments product team.

- The candidate would manage MF products & Non MF Products for Kotak Priority Banking (Kotak Privy League). Also, handle PMS, AIFs, Structured Products, Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Funds, Secondary Bonds etc., for Retail Liabilities

- The candidate would work on new MF/ NON-MF process launches in consultation with stakeholders

- The candidate would carry out PMS/Non MF Process development/enhancement/changes as and when required

- Responsible for Investment Contest Mgmt for the Priority channel

- The candidate would have to liaison with Legal/Compliance to execute AMC/Vendor/Product Manufacturer/Third Party Agreements as and when required

- To actively interact with product manufacturers to understand attractive investment opportunities, trends in the market to become an early mover.

- To interact and negotiate with various product providers for best product pricing

- To arrange training programs for Priority channel on a regular basis

- Creation of client mailers on client communication to be sent on any regulatory change/product update/process changes etc., Liaison with LnC/CVM to send client mailers through UNICA.

- Calling for brokerage structures from AMCs/Product manufacturers every month & cross checking MF brokerages maintained by MF Ops & Product for any disconnect & bridging the same

- Reporting of final Non MF purchase & redemption MIS every month to RCU

- Working with Business Analytics team to explore new opportunities for business growth

- Supporting Investment Specialists with inputs regarding Products, Markets, Strategic Initiatives, MIS, Operational aspects etc.

- Initiating and implementing right Marketing Campaigns targeting existing and prospective customers for cross sale, up sale, deeper penetration and strengthening business relationship.

- Implementing time bound Special Drives to generate alpha in Priority business.

- Development & support on future digital projects, which will help the business to have a digital transformation and ease of business. (eg. Digital MF KYC)

- Ensure compliance with Regulatory requirements

- To create Presentations/MIS for Sr Management reviews
