Portfolio Manager - Debit Cards


- Manage new/existing Customers and implement various business strategies for driving Debit Card Spends & Activation

- Drive business objectives through periodic campaigns with analytical segmentation

- Tracking and Analysing the periodic trends on debit cards, category, customer type

- Improve customer experience and reduce cost/risk

- Drive Usage, Retention (AUR) and manage customer lifecycle through analytical and segmented programs

- Partnering with best of the merchants to drive targeted spend and create brand recall for Kotak

- E2E campaign planning, execution and impact analysis w.r.t pre-defined objectives

- Liaise with cross-functional teams for driving product objectives

- Budget Management for Debit Card portfolio to deliver targeted growth and attain revenue targets with regards to spends

Qualifications :

- MBA / Engineering / PG-Business specialization degree preferred

- Demonstrated track record of successful results across previous work experiences

- Hands on with MS Office - primarily MS Excel / PowerPoint / Access / Word

- Data driven mind-set and excellent analytical skills including proficiency with key database queries and knowledge resources

- Strong communication skills (both live presentation and written) with customer service orientation

- Ability to take ownership of individual initiatives and drive to priority deliverables with limited day-to-day direction

- Ability to collaborate with, and learn from, colleagues across departments

- Project management skills and ability to take initiatives from conception to execution

- Knowledge on VISA/MasterCard/RuPay/AMEX/Closed Loop products

- Strong knowledge of Customer Lifecycle Management, Product Development, Positioning, Strategy and Pricing
