Proactive sourcing of attractive investment opportunities through building and maintaining strong relationships with market intermediaries and external partners B. Develop rigorous, fact based analysis to support investment recommendations&nbsp; C. Monitoring of portfolio companies - incase of early stage investee companies, provide high touch support and proactively work with the founders to achieve scale, organization build out and cash flow planning For M&amp;A A. Partner with internal business heads before, during and after the M&amp;A process to ensure the deals make strategic sense fit with our stated strategy and business plans and are integrated smoothly and fully optimized B. Perform detailed financial analysis, develop pro forma financial models, valuation analysis and synergy models in support of potential transactions - Leading all aspects of transaction execution (whether equity investments or M&amp;A execution) including project management, business and financial due diligence, structuring, valuation, document negotiation&nbsp; - Work closely with business teams (M&amp;A transactions), internal functional experts (legal, tax, accounting etc.) and outside advisors to support execution - Presenting investment recommendations or M&amp;A opportunity for internal approvals including board submissions.
