Kotak Mahindra Bank - Credit Analyst/Manager (3-6 yrs)
Role : Credit Analyst
JD :
- Prioritization of proposals in consultation with business team
- Guide the team of credit analysts to write better quality notes and effective monitoring
- Vetting of Credit Appraisal notes prepared by credit analysts
- Discuss with senior members of business team on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments/ structuring of the proposal, transaction
- Assist the credit analysts to formulate credit recommendation in the note.
- Closely monitoring of portfolio along with team of credit analysts
- Escalate with action plan for non compliances and early warning signals
- Meeting the clients on regular basis to know the updates
- Networking within various departments of the bank/ taking reference checks from other banks.
- We are looking for CA/MBA with 2-6 years of corporate credit underwriting experience with Bank/Rating Agencies/NBFCs.
Profile includes :
- Good writing and analytical skills for Credit Risk Assessment Note writing for corporate SME customers
- Understanding of various working capital and term loans
- Financial analysis
- Client interaction
- Monitoring
