Grade to be Offered: Chief Manager CTC to be Offered: Confidential No. of Position: 01 Exp : 13 - 15 Years Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Branch administration at authorizer level - Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers. - Credit Underwriting of retail loans like tractors / small commercial vehicles. - Regulatory compliance. - Manage productivity, morale of branch personnel. - Establishing standards and delivery of customer service. - Sale of non-deposit products. Cross selling targets progressively. - Sale of MF and insurance products. - Fee income. Qualification, Experience &amp; Attributes: - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Qualification - Minimum Graduate - Should have sales orientation - Leadership skills.
