Purpose of the Job :

Overview the below mentioned key functions of CPC.

- New Business Rework & Refund Unit

- Handle the following area's for the above mentioned functions of CPC

- Handle all New Business related matters of the Company. In brief the below critical New Business areas which needs to be handled

- ETE handling of New Business Rework- vendor-other departments-new business.

- All Proposal Payouts (Like customer not taken up case, Company not taken up cases.)

- Requirement processing (requirement raised at company level, requirement received from the customer)

- Managing New Business helpdesk for sales & branches with quick & quality response

- Internal Risk & Quality Team

- Handle all Legal and Compliance matters for all New Business matters and ensure zero non-compliance.

- Handle all Financial, Process and Compliance Risk of the Department

- Ensure completion of all projects as per the Project timelines and ensure the quality of the projects undertaken.

- Drive Process improvements on a continual basis.

- Preparation the budgets for all the Departments.

- Ensure the department cost is within budget

Additional Duties :

- Ensuring smooth processing of New Business Activities and achieving the agreed TAT and SLA with Sales.

- Handling New business Rework for the company- vendor-other departments-new business.

- All Proposal Payouts (Like customer not taken up case, Company not taken up cases.

- Requirement processing (requirement raised at company level, requirement received from the customer)

- Managing New Business helpdesk for sales & branches with quick & quality response

- Driving quality in all in order to improve company level rework.

- Ensure all activities are done within the prescribed IRDA TAT and as per the prescribed IRDA regulations

- Handle the rework refund team of 15 Members and 5 off roll team members.

- Drive reduction of Stale Cheques at Company Level.

- Reduce the per policy cost of NB processing.
