Kotak Life Insurance - Manager - HR Compliance (7-9 yrs)
Statutory Compliance :
- Maintaining statutory labour law records across all the branches.
- Annual returns to be filled under various labour laws as applicable and maintaining the same.
- Labour notices: replying to labour notices as an when we receive the notice from the concern authority under various labour laws.
- Liasioining with concern authorities.
Monthly statutory payments :
- (PT, LWF, ESIC, PF) coordinating with Payroll team, vendor & Accounts for the timely payments and keeping a track of all the payments and challans.
- S&E activities to be carried as an when the inputs are received from Admin team and renewal activity to be carried out.
- Highlight the various amendments as an when the notifications are issued by the labour department along with pros and cons.
- Coordinating with Mediclaim team for any escalations.
Litigation Management :
- Court cases and liasioining with Legal Practitioners, coordinating with various depts. for documents as legal proof to be submitted in the court
- Preparing the reply draft, coordinating with RHR / Line Managers for the same so as they attend they attend the court proceedings
- Getting the Authority letters and Vakalatnama and documents as proof of submission in place.
- Maintaining and updating the tracker of the same.
- Legal Notices: Replying to legal notices which are directly address to KLI and keep a track of all the reply drafts
- Liasioining with Legal team for renewal of vendor agreement.
