Kotak Life Insurance - Insurance Operations Role - Claims

JD :

1. Will be responsible for managing the end to end pre claims process

2. Evaluate the post issuance dump to arrive at the genuiness of the case

3. Analytics of the NB data versus the claims experience to arrive at the sample cases for pre claims investigation

4. Handle the Pre claims investigation process

5. Conduct meeting with UW and Sales, sharing claims and pre claims experience for required change in the process at their end.

CTC : Upto 9 lacs
