JOB OBJECTIVE : - To support the implementation of the online Performance management system, manager hierarchy. Master Table Management and all MIS related reports to facilitate compilation of employee information. - Ensuring Compliance to PMS process timeliness and manager all MIS reports to facilitate compilation of employee information related to performance management. - Ensuring HR Technology Project aligned, to be completed within timelines. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : - Project Management and implementation of PMs and incentive project related developments planned. - Subject Matter Expert on Oracle HRMS application will be responsible to coordinate with support team on a continuous basis to ensure at all change request and developed as per the requirement and the changes are to be production environment on timely basics. - Co-ordinate with function heads on a continuous basis to ensure that goal setting, mid-year review and annual rating happens on a timely basis. Managing Hierarchy changes and New Employee import in cloud environment from On Premise HRMS Application. - Ensure all queries raised by employees related to the online PMS are resolved in a timely manner - Responsible for maintaining HR-MIS related to online PMS implementation - Monitor compliance to stated performance appraisal process and highlight cases of non-compliance for appropriate action - Responsible for creation and uploading of all goal and performance plans for Sales and Non Sales Employees. - Assist zonal HR teams in issue resolution - Responsible for providing new application related training to employees to ensure understanding of the process - Creating Test Scripts and Testing the Applications in UAT and providing inputs. - Study Employee and Applicant Life Cycle and create Analytics report Assess needs preapare and continuously improve HR Analytics and report - Publish MIS Dashboard relating to company hiring, headcount and attrition analytics and trends.
