2. Location: Chennai (First Preference)

3. Candidates from or settled in South India preferred

4. Experience: 5 to 10 Yrs. in HR

5. Industry : Preferably not from Insurance (As no other LI company has cracked the GT or MT model & we want them to think BIG) Industry

6. MBA Preferred

Candidate Requirement :

Qualifications :

- Graduate, MBA Preferred.

Other Skills :

- 3-8 years

- Should be proficient in Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

- Any exposure to handling MT recruitment, onboarding and development is preferred.

- Non Insurance candidate is preferred

Job Role :

1. Strategic hiring of MT's starting from campus identification to release of offer letters ( partner with ZHRs)

2. Run COE for Management Trainees

3. MT Onboarding

4. MT Trainings - Recruitment Skills, Sales Skills, Managing Distribution etc. focusing on KP 1 and 2

5. Organizing Bi-monthly Leadership Connect - Sessions with Zone Leadership once in two months to ensure constant engagement with MTs

6. Future Stars Program - Workshop for LMT's who manage MTs to train and coach them on handing MTs

7. Performance Management - Sessions to coach LMTs on doing effective performance coaching conversations with MTs

8. Driving the capability passport as the tool for Skill level certification
