OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE: Promote Kotak Life as a strong brand among the key stakeholder segment: a) Customers (existing and prospective) b) Competition (Key Insurance players) c) Distributors d) Business partners/ Channels e) Digital online selling aggregators and platforms f) Social platforms and customer groups KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Core Marketing: 1) Review and outline KLI brand positioning strategy and road map including product positioning in line with our brand promise 2) Work closely with internal stakeholders (IT Digital Distribution, Actuary, Operations, Custome service) and develop an integrated customer brand and differentiated product / Services offerings. 3) Design plan and manage all brand and product campaigns. Brand Positioning across all business lines- managing B2B, B2C, B2B2C and product marketing across all busines channels events, sponsorships, promotions, social media. 4) Conceptualising, creating and implementing campaigns nationally (both ATL, BTL) for various products and services creating high impact and visibility 5) Ensure positive brand sentiment, online reputation management eInsurance Business (Shared Accountability with Head Alternate Channel : 1) Develop digital channel penetration Strategy and business road map for the online eInsurance channel 2) Initiate and execute strategies, campaigns, tie ups to improve hits and conversions for KLI products and services in the digital market space 3) Design and Enable online (digital) customer sales and service- 4) Lead the identification and refinement of new user experience on the eInsurance online sales platform Other skill set/Responsibility: 1) Minimum 15 years experience in sales / marketing distribution. Exposure to Digital marketing and E-Insurance business would be a distinct advantage 2) Functional Essentials: Driving Brand - Marketing -Digital services /product / Channel- strategy- 3) Strong conceptual understanding of Sales / Marketing in the BFSI space 4) Exposure and understanding of the online acquisition (Digital business Channel) and Distribution Marketing - in insurance industry
