INDIVIDUAL/GROUP CONTRIBUTOR : MANAGER OF SELF
OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE :
TO MANAGE ADMIN COSTS, VENDOR PAYMENTS AND PROCESS MANAGEMENT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage a team of outsourced members for smooth admin payment process
- Handling KLI rental payments process
- Providing support to leasing team through leasing payments and leasing related reports.
- Prepare admin cost and other expenses MIS and analysis thereof; Departmental budgetary tracking of actual costs.
- Admin financials overview and reconciliations
- Co-ordinate with branches; vendors and rent landlords for query resolutions
- Monthly provisions and accounting reports
- Co-ordinate with corporate accounts and MIS teams for payments, reconciliations and query resolutions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS :
Educational Qualifications:
- B.Com/M.Com
- CA Fresher
Work Experience:
FRESHER (ZERO YEAR EXPERIENCE)
Certifications:
- Understanding of GST/taxation
- Good communication and inter personal skills
- Coordination skills to deal with different departments and team members
