JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION - Campaign Manager
DESIGNATION - Manager
DEPARTMENT - Marketing
REPORTING POSITION - Senior Vice President (Marketing)
OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE -
The key responsibility of the role is to drive loyalty & enhance share of wallet with existing customers. Responsible for building the right marketing interventions for uplift in persistency, cross sell, up sell, & engagement campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Conceptualise and design the framework for a customer loyalty program that will drive uplift in persistency across the long term tenure of upto 10+ years and cross sell campaigns.
- Execution of the plan, in the form of multiple campaigns, relevant partner tie ups and on-going customer engagement.
- Conduct research to garner customer feedback & mine the right insights for execution.
- Complete understanding of project management. Analyse and drive efficiencies in a campaign execution plan.
- Select & On-board the right partners and digital marketing tools.
- Managing internal stake holders and external vendors.
- Share periodical updates and reports on campaign progress and perform analysis on the same, drive efficiencies to a faster TAT and well planned execution.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS -
Educational Qualifications: MBA (Marketing)
Work Experience:
- 5-15 years experience overall.
- Experience in designing & implementing customer loyalty/ engagement programs;
- Hands on experience in building digital marketing campaigns across various digital platforms including e-mail marketing campaign & UNICA or other digital marketing tools.
- Responsible for driving engagement campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Some level of exposure to working on partnerships.
- Experience in the life Insurance industry is not mandatory but a value ad.

- Ability to work in cross functional teams
- Will be required to work against tight deadlines
- Team player and good communication and presentation skills
- Should be proficient in MS EXCEL
