Kotak Infrastructure Debt Fund Limited is a Non-Banking Financial Company based out of Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. The company specializes in providing financial solutions to infrastructure projects, focusing on debt financing to ensure sustainable development and growth.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager located in Mumbai. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for:

- Origination and nurturing client relationships;

- Preparation of financial models and presentations for in-principle approvals

- Negotiating the Term Sheet with clients

- Co-ordinating with clients and internal credit team for detailed due diligence on projects

- Presentation of proposal before Board for approval

- Co-ordinating for post sanction formalities and disbursement

- Maintain hygiene of portfolio with Nil delinquencies through proactive monitoring and timely client engagement.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 7-12 yrs of experience in corporate financing, with atleast 4 yrs of experience in relationship management of infrastructure focused corporates

- Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling, and Risk Assessment skills

- Proficiency in Market Knowledge in infrastructure sub-sectors

. Ability to connect with peers in the market to gather market knowledge

- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
