Designation : Head - Organisational Capability and Learning & Development Job Description: 1) Will be heading Organisational Capability and Learning & Development team for KLI. 2) Define & Execute Competency based learning road maps for People Development & Organization Success. 3) Conceptualizing & Designing Leadership Development Programs within the organization. 4) Will be responsible for designing & execution of Development centres for Frontline Sales 5) Driving Employee Engagement and increase employee satisfaction scores. Job Requirement: 1) MBA from a reputed institute. 2) Min 15 years experience in designing assessment centres, competency assessment, Leadership development interventions, training strategy & OD diagnostics. 3) Experience in Insurance & BFSI sector preferred.
