Position: Area Manager - Commercial Bank Retail Liabilities - Haryana

Base Location: Hansi / Fatehabad

Role Summary:

- Responsible for achieving the Business Objectives for the Area and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics

- Responsible for Generation of revenues through sale of CASA, Assets, TFX and Third Party Products like Insurance, General Insurance etc through branch channel.

- Leading a team of Branch Managers, Operation Team and Sales Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams

- Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers.

- Responsible for Regulatory compliance.

- Responsible for Manpower Planning.

- Responsible for RM & RO Channel productivity improvement

- Driving Service Quality parameters across span.

- Manage productivity, morale of branch personnel.

- Establishing standards and delivery of customer service.

Job Requirements:

- Candidate must have experience into Banking Industry as an Area / Cluster Manager.

- Branch Managers who are managing branches of CASA value worth of approximately 100Cr can also apply.

- Excellent written and oral skills

- Analytical skills

- Ability to influence people in different departments

- Strong Relationship orientation

- Should be an excellent Team Player

- Regular traveling to branches in region
