Position Title : Kontoor Brands Inc. Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing, Lee, India

Location of Position : Bangalore, India

Reporting To : Head-Marketing, Lee, India

ABOUT YOUR ROLE : This role will be responsible for supporting and executing the digital marketing and e-Com interface for all brand marketing efforts to meet the brand objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :

Function : Marketing

Geographic Scope : India

KRAs :

- Liaise with various stakeholders Digital & Media agencies and multiple e-Com partners for planning and execution of brand's digital, social media efforts and e-Com business

- Co-create digital, social and e-Com marketing plans across multiple platforms and consumer touch points to actively engage with the TG, thus improving brand salience and e-Com sales, ROS and sell-thrus

- Manage regular consumer insight, social listening programs for measuring brand health, engagement metrics, enable digital discovery and consideration with a view to enhance brand health and brand equity scores

- Utilise available MIS tools to enable effective competitor tracking and co-manage the marketing budgets

- Support the CRM initiative for Lee with the help of e-mail, social led innovative campaigns to ensure a strong consumer loyalty resulting in profitable growth at retail

- Work closely with internal teams in Kontoor to implement the digital, social and e-Com marketing plans and promotional calendar effectively, on time and within the marketing budgets allocated

- Work closely with product, design, offline marketing and e-Com sales teams to drive the consume sales promotion across all social channels and build clear attribution models to support retail and e-Com stores across the markets

- Efficient and on-time execution of the digital, social and e-Com marketing calendar with a special focus on retail marketing to create high consumer involvement

- Enhance retail performance using innovative and new media tools
