KonnectBox - Senior Manager/Manager - Human Resources

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate HR professional who wants to build a high performance e-commerce team through developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Charter:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

- Manage the recruitment and selection process

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

- Nurture a positive working environment

Ideal Persona :

- 2 to 4 years of experience in People and Culture with preference for e-commerce experience

-Should have managed a small team

- Experience in scaling startups from 0 to 1 in people capital scenarios will be preferred (hiring)

-Preference for Tier1 B-School Fulltime candidates (XLRI/IIM/FMS/MDI)
