KonnectBox - Senior Manager - Business Operations - IIM/IIT/XLRI (4-6 yrs)
At konnectBox we are trying to build a procurement ecosystem which would help D2C brands procure their merchandise easily at the click of a button. We aim to be a one stop solution for someone who is trying to start, scale or expand their business.
Preference will be given to candidates from IIMs/IITs/XLRI or any other premium institutions and/or with E-commerce background
ABOUT THE Role :
We are looking for someone to set up our logistics from supplier to customer. The person would be responsible for design and implementation of the most optimized linguistic solution which complements the business model. Hire an energetic team to handle day to day operations and own the fulfillment metrics.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Select and partner with suitable logistic partners for the fulfillment of orders.
- Set up sorting and QC centres to consolidate and ship the orders.
- Own the order to delivery time and take up initiatives to reduce the same without increasing the cost.
- Own the order return metric and reduce the wrongn fulfillment returns to 0.
- Create cost reduction strategies and implement them to keep bringing the cost down.
- Manage the 3PL partners, measure the performance and redistribute the load based on 3PL performance.
Qualifications and skills :
- B.TECH or MBA from Tier 1 or 2 colleges with an experience of 4-5 years in logistics and supply chain.
- Experience setting up consolidation centres, Sorting centres and managing them.
- Experience managing remote teams and operations.
- Experience with international supply chain and e-commerce is a plus.
