Kone - SAP SD Order Management Role - Project System

- 7+ years of SAP Experience in SAP SD Business & Project System.

- SAP SD module with real-time experience in implementation, roll-out, design, consulting, and support of SAP projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- End-to-end responsibility for SAP sales order management, project management, and customer-related process design and implementation

- Act as a primary contact/counterpart for Solution Design Owners in the Customer and Delivery Order Management area

- Define and control how to map process definition and requirements into SAP configuration and rules (modeling rules)

- Define and control data model and data integrity in SAP

- Define/approve/align the scope of functionality between satellite and back-end systems (e.g. Salesforce, KTOC Tendering and Ordering Configurator)

- Lead Solution Design Owners to avoid as much as possible our specific developments

- Governance of global configuration template

- Discover/explore new SAP standard functionalities and map with needs

- Collaborate with/guide internal and external SAP development and support teams

Desired Candidate Profile:

- M.Sc. degree or equivalent

- Minimum professional experience 10 years with a minimum of 7 years in SAP SD & Project system (PS is the primary skill we should be looking at)

- Expertise and hands-on experience in the following SAP Modules: LE, MM

- Knowledge of the latest SAP technologies such as SAP S/4 HANA, SAP UI5 Fiori

- Experience in the Agile way of working

- Experience with ITIL processes

- Experience in leadership and matrix organizations

- Experience with supplier collaboration/collaboration with AMS partners

- Experience in working in an international environment with stakeholders distributed globally

- Excellent stakeholders communication skills (both written and oral)

- Excellent Change Management skills

- Analysis and Problem-solving

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English.
